Outer Body :
Safes body is specially manufactured with thick tough steel plate having total thickness of 7mm with multi bends and round corners without any rivets with suitable reinforcement as per the norms of IS:550. The inner body is made of strong thick steel sheet suitably reinforced and anchored to the body. The body thickness on all five sides is 100 mm including double Duty Barrier materials which offers fire as well as burglar resistance. Safes are manufactured as per the norms of IS:550.
Door:
The most attacked portion of a safe, the safe door is made of tested quality 10mm M.S. plate and tough steel plate reinforce with oxy-acetylene, drill resistant armour plate and specially formulated barrier material. The overall thickness of the door is 160mm.
Automatic re-locking device :
A standard feature on all models of safe, this sensitive device is triggered off when an attack is attempted on the lock through the keyhole with any instrument. This automatic relocking device guards all the key locks.
